below) as its parent company, pursuant to the regulations of China Guodian Group and approved by its parent
company, all its member enterprises can be titled under"China Guodian Group".
　　The Corporation is a state-owned enterprise approved by the State Council, organized on the foundation of part of enterprises and institutions Principle of organization under the former State Power Corporation of China, it isa demonstrative program with the consent of the State Council, being authorized to operate as an investment organ and stock holding company. Upon organized, the Corporation will gradually normalize its solely-owned, stockholding and joint stock enterprises (referred as relevant
