CEPSI 　　Member countries (regions) take turns in the CEPSI held every two years. With English as its conference language. CEPSI consists of a serous activities involving symposium, technical visit, exhibition, post tours, etc.. According to the turns of countries taking on the Host Country, CEPSI was held in Malaysia in 1996, Thailand in 1998, Philippines in 2000 and Japan in 2002.
