Method of Payment of
Exhibition Fee

1. Please pay
30% of the exhibition fee as deposit when you apply for the exhibition.
The Organizing Committee will send you an invoice after confirming
your eligibility for exhibition.
2. Please pay the rest of the exhibition fee by July 15, 2004.
3. All your payments should be transferred to the designated account
below. Exhibitor shall bear all bank charges incurred in the payment
procedure. Promissory note, check and the like will not be accepted.
4. For the exhibitors from outside of Mainland China, please make
all payment in US dollar. For domestic exhibitors, please make payment
in RMB by the current bank exchange rate.

Cancellation of Exhibition
|
You must notify us in writing if you wish to cancel
the exhibition contract after applying for the exhibition. And you
will be charged a cancellation fee according to the following criteria:
Date of request for cancellation Cancellation
fee
On or before July 15,2004 deposit
July 16~August 15, 2004 50% of the exhibition fee
On or after August 15, 2004 100% of the exhibition fee
* The packaged booth facilities and rental furniture & equipment
fee will be returned in full amount. |
