1. The overall time for a session is one and a half hours. There
are three presenters in a session. Each presenter will have twenty
minutes to do the presentation and ten minutes for the questioning
and answering. There are two sessions in a morning or an afternoon.
2. All paper presenters are required to arrive at the conference
room 15 minutes ahead of your correspondent session.
3. The map for the Conference room will be provided in the Technical
Program to be distributed at the conference site.
4. The authors who would like to present the paper in PowerPoint
are required to send the PowerPoint file (in CD, with your paper
ID, registration ID and classification number clearly labeled
on the cover) to the Organizing Committee by express before September
15th, 2004. All presentations (including your PowerPoint) should
be made in English only.
5. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to adjust the
schedule above. The final presentation schedule will be subject
to the Technical Program to be distributed at the conference site.
6.
Due to the adjustment on the program of the conference, the paper presentations scheduled in the afternoon of October 18 are shifted to the morning of October 19. The conference rooms remained the same as publicized on our website before.
