2．Please register for participation in the CEPSI 2004 through the official page. If you register online, you do not need to send the hard copy of the application form to the Organizing Committee. Please submit your registration after filling out the form.

3. Only registered delegates and invited guests are allowed into the technical sessions and special events. Exhibitors and accompanying persons who wish to attend the Conference technical sessions will need to register as Conference delegates.Exhibitors who do not wish to attend the conference technical session may directly click "Registration" button below and register as "Exhibitor Only" to get your registration ID.

·The early bird rate is available to early registrants whose payments are received in full no later than June 30, 2004.

5. Services included in the registration fee

PAYMENTS
6. Foreign participants must pay in US Dollar Currency. Participants can pay by either of the following modes of payment: ·Wire Transfer ·Credit Card

7. All full payment should be received on or before September 15th, 2004. For Paper Presenter/Co-presenter, full payments must be received on or before July 31th, 2004. Payment deadline dates refer to the dates when a payment is received by the CEPSI 2004 Organizing Committee and not the dates when payment is issued or sent by the participant.

8. All pre-congress payments are subject to verification and clearance with the bank/card company. The CEPSI 2004 Organizing Committee will not confirm a participant or guarantee a participant's registration/room/tour reservations if your payments are incomplete, delayed or unverified. The CEPSI 2004 Organizing Committee can only guarantee those registration applications and room/tour reservations that are fully paid on or before September 15th, 2004. The delegate's facesheet of registration applications after September 15th (including on-site registration)can not be ensured to be included in the delegate name list.Room/tour reservations with payments received and verified after September 15th, 2004 will be subject to space availability.

9. If you would like to pay by wire transfer, don't forget to fax the Organizing Committee a copy of your Fund Transfer Form (Please write your ID number clearly on the form) to facilitate confirmation of receipt of your payment. Please keep your original Fund Transfer Form which is needed when you register at the conference site. The delegate is responsible for any charges or service fees levied by paying/receiving banks in connection with the transmittal of payments.

10. If you would like to pay by credit card, please download the Credit Card Payment Form, fill out the form with BLOCK letters and fax it to the CEPSI 2004 Organizing Committee together with a copy of both sides of your credit card.

11. Please ensure that all requested data are provided accurately and in full to facilitate processing of payments. The CEPSI 2004 Organizing Committee will not be responsible for delays or errors in the confirmation of registrations resulting from the participant's failure to submit all data requested.

HOTEL BOOKING
12. Hotel rates listed are only applicable from October 10th, 2004 to October 28th, 2004 for CEPSI 2004 registered participants on condition that bookings and payments are coursed through the CEPSI 2004 Organizing Committee.

13. Full payment of room costs for the total number of room nights booked must be received no later than September 15th, 2004. Only room bookings that fully paid on or before September 15th, 2004 can be confirmed by the CEPSI 2004 Organizing Committee. Hotel bookings with payment received and verified after said date (including on-site room bookings) may still avail of preferential rates, subject to space availability. Hotel booking will be handled on a first-paid first-served basis.

AIRPORT TRANSFER AND SHUTTLE BUS TO CONFERENCE VENUE
14. Airport transfers from airport to each designated hotel and vice versa will be provided on October 16th, 17th (arrival) and 23rd, (departure) 2004 for those registered participants whose payments are coursed through CEPSI 2004 Organizing Committee .

15. Shuttle buses will be provided from each designated hotel to Shanghai International Convention Center and vice versa in conference duration, which are free of charge to all registered participants.

TOUR RESERVATION
16. Preferential tour rates are extended to registered participants that tour reservations and payments are coursed through the CEPSI 2004 Organizing Committee.

17. Tour reservation will be handled on a first-paid first-served basis. Confirmation of tour reservation is subject to full payment of tour costs on or before September 15th, 2004.

ON-SITE REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
18. The CEPSI 2004 Organizing Committee can only guarantee those registration applications and room/tour reservations that are fully paid on or before15 September 2004. Please be noted that the room/tour reservations of on-site registrations will be subject to space availability and the delegate's facesheet can not be ensured to be included in the delegate name list.

19. Payments for on-site registrations, rooms, tours can be made only in cash or credit card payment. Foreign participants may use US dollar or RMB Yuan.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
20. The CEPSI 2004 Organizing Committee must be notified in writing (fax, postal mail or courier) of any delegate cancellations.

21. Refund. In the case of cancellations made by September 15th, 2004, (For paper presenters/Co-presenter, the deadline is July 31st, 2004) the remainder after deducting a 20% cancellation charge from the registration fee will be refunded. In the case of cancellation made after September 15th, 2004 (For paper presenter/co-presenter, there will be no refunds after July 31st, 2004) or in the case where you do not contact us, the registration fee will not be refunded. There will be no refunds for those accompanying persons who do not participate in the activities that the Organizing Committee arranged for them. For refunds (if any) regarding hotel booking and tour reservation, please refer to the related part on the pages of hotel booking and tour reservation.

22. All refunds, if any, will be remitted starting thirty (30) days after the close of the Conference.

INSURANCE
23. Participants who wish to be insured against personal losses, accidents or damages during the Conference period are advised to secure insurance on their own arrangement. The CEPSI 2004 Organizing Committee and other Conference supporters can in no way be held responsible for personal losses, accidents or damages occurring during the course of the participant's stay for the Conference.

ACCEPTANCE OF REGISTRATION
24. The registration form, once submitted, should serve as an agreement between participants and the CEPSI 2004 Organizing Committee that the above terms and conditions have been read and understood by the participants.
